Welcome to Himanshu Event Management Group! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By hiring Himanshu Events Group for your event, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
Himanshu Event Management Group provides a wide range of event management services, including but not limited to:
- Wedding planning
- Birthday parties
- Corporate events
- Business conferences
- Catering services
- Music and entertainment services
- Theme parties
The scope of services will be outlined in the contract based on the client’s requirements and preferences.
2. Event Booking
- Clients are required to book our services at least [insert time period] in advance to ensure availability.
- A non-refundable booking deposit of [insert percentage] of the total event cost must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid [insert time period] before the event date.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be made in writing.
- If the event is canceled by the client:
- 0% refund of the total fee will be granted if canceled by client
- No refund will be given if the cancellation occurs within 8 of the event date. & No Refund for Advance Deposited Amount
- If the event is canceled by Himanshu Event Management Group due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the event to another date, as per client preference.
4. Event Changes
- Any changes to the event details (such as venue, date, guest count, or services required) must be communicated at least 8 days in advance.
- Himanshu Event Management Group will try to accommodate any changes, but additional fees may apply depending on the scope of the changes.
5. Liability
- Himanshu Event Management Group is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages to personal property occurring during the event.
- The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue complies with all safety regulations and any legal requirements (such as permits or licenses).
6. Vendor and Subcontractor Policy
- Himanshu Event Management Group may hire third-party vendors or subcontractors (such as caterers, decorators, or performers) to fulfill event requirements.
- While we work with trusted partners, Himanshu Event Management Group is not responsible for delays, defects, or failures caused by third-party vendors.
7. Client Responsibilities
- The client must provide all necessary information and access to the venue prior to the event.
- Any delays or complications caused by the client’s failure to provide information or access may incur additional charges.
8. Force Majeure
Himanshu Event Management Group will not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule the event.
9. Payments and Invoices
- All payments must be made in full as per the agreed payment schedule.
- Late payments will incur a penalty of 5% per day.
- Failure to settle invoices may result in the cancellation of the event.
10. Intellectual Property
All materials (photos, videos, etc.) produced by Himanshu Event Management Group for the event may be used for promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
11. Confidentiality
Himanshu Event Management Group will maintain confidentiality with respect to any personal or sensitive information shared by the client.
12. Amendments
Himanshu Event Management Group reserves the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes prior to their event.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
